InTouch Magazine // Maksim Chmerkovskiy On Mıa [DWTS News] // New Interview

Mıa's team just sent me a new scan of November's issue of InTouch magazine. Mıa is featured in it with a new article called 'Puppy Love'. See the scan and read the article by clicking on the preview below.

Professional dancer Maksim C., who was paired with actor Debi Mazar in season 9 of 'Dancing with the Stars', posted a new blog entry speaking about this week's dances and performances. To sum up he only had good things to say about the remaining contestants. But he did point out Mıa's perfect Salsa. Read below what he had to say:

Mya's pretty flawless. What else can you say? Her salsa was unbelievable. Fantastic. She really stepped it up the past two weeks, which is great to see. They had me worried there for a little bit, but now they're back with their A game. They're bringing the cheekiness and everything's pretty clever in their choreography, so kudos to Dima. I think Mya is a special little dancer we have on the show. (Source)

Mıa Made It To The Finals [DWTS Updates]

I can't believe it. After all of these weeks of hoping and voting we finally know that Mıa and her dance partner Dmitry Chaplin made it to the finals of 'Dancing with the Stars'. Not only did they have the encore performance in last night's elimination show but they were also called safe first.

It really was an amazing week and we all know that Mıa will bring the heat one more time in the finals with 4 brand new routines next monday. Mıa To Star On Cover Of 'Beauty Entertainment' Magazine

It was announced that singer, actress and dancer Mıa, currently seen on ABC's hit TV show 'Dancing with the Stars,' will star on January's New Year's cover of BE! (Beauty Entertainment) magazine. Mıa is the third Hollywood celebrity to grace the cover of Beauty Entertainment magazine, Salon City's new monthly print, digital and online publication that debuted this fall.

Mıa was photographed exclusively for BE!'s cover and inside feature by Hollywood's Keith Munyan, known for his ability to capture the beauty, energy and excitement of a star like Mıa. BE! magazine's style director, Christopher Mannor, orchestrated the shoot and brought together L.A.'s finest session artists to create a new look for Mıa.

"Mıa is currently one of the hottest dancers on DWTS, and she looks like she is going to make a big impression in the finals coming up later this month. Mıa has fans the world over because of her outstanding singing, acting and dancing abilities," says Steven Casciola, Salon City's founder and publisher of Beauty Entertainment. (Source)

Mıa Is Back At #1 [DWTS Updates]

Wow...what a great night. I hope you all have seen Mıa's incredible dances that she performed yesterday. After a little downfall in week 6 and week 7 Mıa is back and stronger than ever scoring a total of 87 points out of 90. She got a 28 for her Waltz, a perfect 30 for her Salsa and a 29 for her Cha Cha Cha. Mıa and Dmitry will perform their Salsa as an encore in tonight's elimination show, airing 9/8c on ABC. So don't miss it.

Tonight 'Dancing with the Stars' will announce which couples will make it to next week's finals. You can be part of it. Make sure to vote for Team DMya on ABC.com. You still have time to vote but not for long. Don't rely on the judge's scores alone. Support Mıa. Trust me, we will be rewarded with a hot Freestyle in the finals if she makes it that far.

DWTS: Semi-Finals Start Today // 'OK' Magazine Scans

The semi-finals of 'Dancing with the Stars' season 9 air today 8/7c on ABC. I'm already so excited and can't wait for their three individual dances, which include the slow Waltz, the spicy Salsa and the incredible Cha Cha Cha.

This week it's not only important for Mıa to be on her a level but it's also important that we are on our a level and vote like crazy. This is the only chance we ever get to see Mıa moving on to the finals and it's all up to us. Make sure to create multiple accounts on ABC.com. You have three votes per registered email address. OK! Magazine Scans // Mıa On Larry King // DWTS

First of all a big thank you to the wonderful Mike Killmon for sending me two amazing scans of the new 'OK!' magazine issue. They feature a great Mıa interview about her on 'Dancing with the Stars' and what it does to her body. She looks great in the pictures so you definitely need to check them out by clicking on the previews below.

In related news Mıa should have been on the Larry King Show tonight along with other DWTS contestants and host Tom Bergeron. Unfortunately the show was cancelled. Mike Killmon confirmed this on our message boards.

But that's not the end of the world. New interviews after tuesday's elimination show appeared and Mıa is finally getting the attention she deserves. Below you can find the newest one in which Mıa is talking about the pressure for next week and about Aaron being eliminated. Enjoy!

New Interview and Captures

New interviews seem to surface by the hour but I'm not complaining. Mıa is definitely doing it big right now. Below you can find a new AOL interview in which Mıa and Dmitry are talking about the other remaining contestants as well as about their perfect score for monday's Samba. How did it feel to get the first perfect score of the season?
Dmitry: It feels amazing.
Mya: I had to pinch myself a few times and ask, "Is this April 1?" We got two 10s from Len Goodman.

Carrie Ann Inaba seemed harsh in her recent scores and comments. Do you agree?
Dmitry: No. She's not harsh. We're getting closer to the finals every single week. You have to raise the bar and look for the best performances.

Let's talk about your semi-final competition. Will Donny Osmond's fan base give him an edge?
Dmitry: I must say, yes.
Mya: Not just that. He's the ultimate performer on and off the stage. He's great to watch. I want to watch him over and over again. He captured the '80s to the max. It's not just Donny's fan base that will carry him over. It's his talent.

I also added some new captures to the gallery. I found this nice video interview after tuesday's elimination show and decided to make captures for you. In the interview Dmitry reveals two of their dances for next monday. It's the Waltz and the Salsa. Rumors also have it that each couple will perform their knock out dance that they prepared in week 6 and week 7 in case they were in the bottom three. People assume that it will be the Cha Cha Cha but nothing is confirmed yet.
